I played killzone 2 of these games
the controls ruined the game seriously but it was less noobier than MW2
and yea MLG rules makes the game anti nooby but in Halo 3 with forge it makes it alot much better
for modern warfare 1 pro mode for the pc is good
even if halo : reach comes out
still people will play halo 3
halo 2 is still the most playable game on xbox originals
wana game that needs skill and teamwork ?
try Halo 3 with MLG gametypes specifically
because the gameplay is superb thats why
bungie knows how to make a fun game including ODST. It is my second favorite game of 2009
the campaign was awesome i enjoyed firefight and the multiplayer disc really helped me. better loading and no more buying DLCs for other accounts. everyone should get these benefits from the multiplayer disc
and let's not forget about halo : reach beta :)

as long as the game is good then you don't need alot of changes
first time i saw halo and played it i was like this is an over-rated game but when i got deep to it. I liked it and it was the best experience in gaming for me
if you are a real fan of halo then you know that there are alot of differences between every game

i don't think GT5 will outsell halo : reach
halo is getting bigger and bigger and halo 3 odst wasn't a real sequel
yes GT3 sold 15M but from what i see ps2 exclusives sold much better than ps3 exclusives
GT5: prologue was cheap and it was bundled too
and the MS marketing is really strong
according to VGchartz the preorders now for GT5 is around 25K and GOW3 is around 125k

l4d2 is much better than the first one
dragon age is alot of fun
the halo 3 beta was different from halo 3
the graphics were different i think they added motion blur and it looked slightly better
the gameplay was a little different
the sniper was easy in the beta and in halo 3 it's harder
so i expect the full version will be a little bit different than the beta version
they should do a new box
with portal 2, new counter strike and half-life ep 3
at least he mentioned the ps2

Well it's very hard to understand why people like Halo. Especially for those like to play alot of games. Thats why i think they feel halo is generic.
and most of the Halo players don't care about the story like 90 % of them. All they want is Multiplayer. Although it's a good story but in the end they will still want multiplayer.
About Halo reach I'm sure it will good, maybe GOTY of 2010 but will it satisfy both casual and hardcore gamers ?

Halo 3 = Halo 2 with tweaks in gameplay. everyone liked the multiplayer of Halo 2 and they made some changes. they added new weapons, vehicles, equipments that never been in Halo 2. they also added forge and theater mode which most of the shooters these days don't have it. 4 online co-op, host migration, File share, Bungie net and how you download things from the website and bring it to Halo such as maps...
I hope it's a 360 game too bad they canned cry on :(

well for this generation Halo did more impact than MGS. Sure MGS4 is one the best games on PS3 but people keep talking about Halo more than MGS.
Every FPS these days has something to do with Halo and very Halo did something new. From Halo: Evolved Combat to Halo 3 and I'm sure Halo : reach will do something new
But the problem is not everyone is noticing that and they think Halo as a generic game
